Q: Stencil Material
What type of material do you cut your stencils from and are they reuseable?
A:
We use quality clear 5 & 7 mil. mylar for all orders { we reserve the right to choose which mil. will cut best per design }. All our stencils are washable and reuseable for years of use. We recommend washing them with warm soapy water regularly to maintain a quality stencil.
Q: Shipping time
How long does shipping take?
A:
We ship all orders first class mail which takes 5 - 10 days. Plus you have to take into consideration the order processing time. We cut all orders after they are received on a 1st come 1st serve manner, but it usually doesn't take longer then 2 days to process any order.
Q: Stencil Size
What is the largest you can cut one stencil?
A:
We can cut any size stencil you wish, but if it is larger then 19" x 26" it will arrive in easy to use sections with registration marks when needed.
Q: Photo stencils
Can I have a stencil made from a persons photo?
A:
Yes, that is what we specilaize in when it comes to creating a stencil from a photo. The photo stencils are great, they are like a silhouette of the usable part of a photo. The background of a photo is usually not used, just the persons face. They can be used for framed art or scrapbooking plus so many more ideas to preserve your loved ones photo
Q: Timeline for custom orders
How long does it take to receive a custom order?
A:
That depends on the order. If it is an extensive design that takes time to draw, it could take up to a week or two. But for a stencil of sayings and quotes, usually can be designed within 1 or 2 business days. We always send you a proof of the design before cutting it. When ordering please include the font style and size to receive your price quote and proof faster. Fonts can be found to the left under "Fonts"
